When you want someone to know that you have shared your calendar on Office Online, use the instructions in the Grant access to your published calendar section.

The calendar you are sharing remains in Outlook, but to view your calendar in your Web browser on Office Online, do the following:

1. In your Web browser, go to http://office.microsoft.com, and then near the top of the page, click Sign In.
2. Enter the same Windows Live ID e-mail address and password that you used to share your calendar.
3. Near the top of the page, click My Office Online.
4. In the navigation pane, under Services, click Outlook Calendar Sharing Service.
5. Under Calendar Management, under Calendar Name, click the calendar you want to view.
